What is Ampdirect?

There are large amounts of substances that inhibit enzyme reactions in the blood and tissues of animals and plants. Therefore, to analyze DNA using PCR etc., it is necessary to purify the DNA from the sample.

Ampdirect (PCR buffer) can suppress the effects of PCR inhibitors contained in samples, making it possible to perform PCR without purifying DNA from various samples including blood, animal and plant tissues, and SDS, etc.
