Stem Cell Media
MSF media: Cell expansion medium for mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)
・We have obtained the certificate of eligibility for the raw material of regenerative medicine from PMDA (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency).
・This medium uses supplement-A, which is a low serum supplement, added.
・We recommend adding UltraGRO (human platelet lysate) when using it without animal-derived raw materials.
・This culture medium allows to culture MSCs at a high proliferation rate while maintaining their undifferentiated state, compared to a basic medium supplemented with bovine fetal serum (FBS).
MSH media: Cell expansion medium for mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)
・Serum-free medium without animal-derived raw materials.
・It allows to maintain undifferentiated markers of MSCs while culturing them in this medium.
・Higher proliferation rate compared to classical media supplemented with fetal bovine serum.
